Fulfillment Policy

At Subtide, we specialize in results-driven digital marketing services for home improvement and home service businesses. Our fulfillment process, cancellation terms, and refund policy are outlined below to ensure full transparency and alignment.



1. Service Fulfillment

Our services include paid advertising (e.g., Facebook & Google Ads), AI-powered lead generation systems, sales automation, and SEO. Once a service agreement is confirmed and any required setup fee is paid, the onboarding and campaign setup process begins.


Typical delivery timelines:

  • Initial onboarding and system setup: 5–10 business days
  • Campaign launch and lead activation: Within 10–14 business days after setup completion
  • Performance-based services (Pay-per-Job): Leads are generated based on the agreed ad strategy. You are only billed for jobs confirmed/booked, as outlined in the signed agreement.


We provide regular updates, dashboards, and client communication during active service periods.



2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of custom-built digital systems, ad campaign expenses, and time invested in strategy and fulfillment, all payments (including setup fees and booked jobs) are non-refundable once work has commenced.


Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Client delays or lack of communication
  • Ad spend paid directly to platforms (e.g., Facebook/Google)
  • Booked jobs already fulfilled through our system

Disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the related transaction. We will review each case individually and respond within 5 business days.



3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time with 14 days' written notice. All outstanding balances, including booked job fees and campaign costs incurred up to the cancellation date, will remain payable.


For performance-based partnerships:

  • No further charges will apply after the 14-day notice period and closure of active campaigns.
  • Data and assets created during the campaign remain property of Subtide unless otherwise agreed in writing.
